 
Don Park has become one of Canada's largest sheet metal manufacturers. Don Park sells its own products and those made by other manufacturers to customers looking for a full selection of heating and air conditioning products. The photo (left) is Don Park’s Toronto head office and manufacturing facility. Don Park has five manufacturing facilities in Ontario, three in Toronto, one each in Gravenhurst, Ontario and Atlanta, Georgia. It employs more than 400 people and its products are distributed within Canada and the United States through a variety of contractor direct wholesale operations, as well as through other wholesalers and retailers. Don Park has five distinct business sectors: Don Park Inc. provides a complete line of residential and commercial sheet metal products. At its three Ontario plants, it manufactures a complete line of sheet metal products for use in residential and commercial applications, which it markets widely in Canada through wholesalers, outside retailers such as Home Depot and RONA, as well as through its own retail system. Its products include a complete range of round and square residential duct products as well as gas venting products such a B-Vent, P-Vent and chimney liner kits in stainless steel and aluminum. Contractor Wholesale Operations provide a unique self-serve atmosphere within growing contractor based markets, allowing for full access to the complete line of quality sheet metal and venting materials produced by Don Park Inc. This 13-branch wholesale operation delivers one-stop shopping for the contractor for all HVAC needs. In addition to its manufactured products, these wholesale operations provide a complete selection of re-sale items. Typical inventory that is readily available includes a wide range of products ranging from a simple sheet metal screw through to furnaces, air conditioners, hydronic products, commercial rooftop units, grilles, registers and fans. The products carried include well-known brand-name products such as Armstong (a division of Lennox), Rheem, Panasonic, Buderus, Weil and McLean, Honeywell, Emerson, Olsen and Newmac. I.C.I. Division provides products and customer service for the Industrial, Commercial and Institutional (ICI) business sector. Through partnerships, this division supports the work of commercial, industrial, retrofit and “plan & spec” contractors. The ICI division is one of the largest suppliers of sheet metal work in Southern Ontario. A separate manufacturing facility manufactures a complete line of custom commercial products using 10- 26 gauge materials. The Consumer Support division provides product and logistical services for Direct Energy Marketing Ltd., the installation and service arm of Consumer Water Heater Income Fund. Don Park handles the majority of warehousing and logistics for the heating, air conditioning and hot water tank installation business in Ontario for Direct Energy. Don Park Fire is located in Rexdale (Toronto), Ontario fabricates sprinkler systems using automatic welding machines. "Pipe-O-Lets" are installed with precision welding onto various pipe sizes and types. With a full range of available services from welding, to groove, cut or thread and make on, Don Park Fire provides savings to the contractors in their field time and the higher associated costs.
